Dave,

Im sorry i have no idea where to find them....but thats a good thing. We ran those things for 15k miles on our car. And i have to say they were utter shite. Pick up some conti sport contacts 2's you will not look back, trust me!

very best

Also make sure that if they are going on the GT2 that the other front tyre is also fairly new, as two differing tread depth's is not really advised on such a car.

Hahah! Class! I have only had the GT2 A while so no experience of other tyres on it as yet...

Porsche recommended the Conti contact 2s.....I also hear Mich Pilot sports 2s are decent and the Pirelli Corsa Motorsport ...but would not know which to pick from the 3.....I expect I'll be changing to a new set of one of these as there are no yoko's to be found....which do you think are best for road and some track use?
cheers

You can't go wrong with Michelin PS2's, although if you are doing a little track work you may want to look at the new Toyo 888's which are now available in 996GT2 sizes IIRC.

It might be worth checking with Techart/Performance Tyre Specialist, as the ratio of Tyre Width & Sidewall depth may be a possibility with the slightly narrower Toyo's.

Other than this I think you are stuck with Michelin PS2's, Continental SportContact 2's or Yokohama AVS Sport. confused

thanks adam, looks like I'll get those then!

You refer to yours as "our" car - is it a company track car or something???

thanks for the help, mine has a few engine mods so want to get the right tyres
