Recon steering rack for 993C2

[abarber]

Chaps,
My steering rack is leaking, so I guess I need a recon rack fitted.

Notice from an earlier post, Verysideways had it done from an indepedant for £500 all in. Can I ask which Indy this was?

sportscarclassic or anyone else, what cost am I looking at for a recon rack and fitting?

Thanks,

Al.

Northway's quoted for the rack on my '93 C2 (yes, a 993, a very early one) and myself and the buyer went 50/50 on it. Good job by all accounts, think it came in less than £500.

Thanks v.much.

Took mine out and got it reconditioned a year ago. No problem since. £190.00
