AON RSA TRACK DAY INSURANCE WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Seems to be a bit of confusion at the moment. Declined then accepted for Easytrack at Oulton 16th March (Unfortunatly had to cancel as car still at GT1) as identical policy holders were covered but through different office! There seems to be no consistency at the moment with similar policy holders covered and others declined. Suppose we really need a statement verification as to what and with who they will cover, as I am sure the majority of us here use AON. Who may I add have always been very efficient and consistant until my Oulton cover.
