MOT question

I have taken the rear seat back out to make more room for the child seat. Will I have to put this back in for the MOT? anybody put there 996 in for a mot with this done?

If the seat back is there it has to secure in the upright position.
No seat back, no requirement.

testers dont touch child seats or there fixings,its not allowed.

Had my MOT last week in 996 with child seat in place - no comment made.....other than the joker tried to make out the car was unroadworthy and I would have to leave it with them !
