9FF Porsche GT9 record attempt

Thought this might be as good a place as any for this post.

Just reading how 9ff are going for Veyron's top speed of 253.2mph out of a 4.2 litre flat 6 twin turbo. TO me that seems very impressive considering the Veyron had 4 turbos and almost 8 litres. The 911 must weigh a LOT less.

It's more an issue with overcoming wind resistance at those speeds though. Pure brutal strength and good aero dynamics needed!!
