Twice these lights came on yesterday together , both times when I was booting it. Then I stopped, started the car again and it had gone. Any idea anyone? Car goes in for service in 2 weeks and I have a Porsche warranty. Thanks

They all do that! One of the MAF sensors or Lambda sensors. You can always try cleaning the MAF with eletrical cleaner. Do a search on PH and you will find loads of info on this.

From what's been posted before , it's an MAF sensor. It'll bring on the lights above 4000rpm normally .. Not sure if it's a warrantied item .. Anyone?

In the Warranty document it states the Air Flow Sensor is covered, yet I got charged for a new one, they wriggled out of it on 'wear and tear', I'm considering contacting Porsche Customer Service to check this out.

Let us know how you get on , D .. It sounds like the MAF's go so regularly , they're sick of replacing them under warranty , which of course isn't good enough..

As said before...Air mass sensor is breaking down the information from the engine control unit to the abs/psm is disturbed...actual fault code is torque transfer disturbed from dme..

just replace the air mas sensor and off you go...fault code will clear itself over time,as ecu dows not see fault all the time anymore it clears itself over time.
