I know they`re worth what people are prepared to pay but is £70K too much for a really nice 996 GT3RS??

Probably. I think it would be more than was paid for most of the recent RS purchases that went on around these here parts. 60-65 seems to be about the going rate. 'Course if you lot weren't so blinkered, a decent LHD car could be had for a good deal less again.

A good one is worth that kind of money. The one I got for a client a couple of weeks ago was over £70k, but it was a very late car with OPC warranty, only 4,000 miles, all desired options (full cage, aircon, red decals, steel brakes), a Tracker Horizon and had never been tracked. All confirmed by a Peter Morgan inspection for peace of mind. Client very happy with it, albeit a bit miffed that someone ran into the back of it as the driver was delivering itcurse Not much more than PU damaged I'm told.

There were cheaper cars, but on balance this one ticked all the boxes with no adverse history and nothing whatsoever to do to it or costs due, so was sensible value.
