Sat Nav and camera database

[knee.me]

Hi All,
Been trawling the t'internet.

Wondering if anyone can offer some advice?

I Have '06 987 S, with PCM2. Sat Nav and TMC working no problems. Previously had camera database on TomTom.
I have tried a Road Angel, but it was shite, and blew up 7 days after purchase. I would settle for a speed camera database patch for the OEM PCM2. Does such a thing exist?
It would seem sensible as the dash would remain clutter free...

Thankf for any help
