Price on a 996 C4S

just looged on as a new member and need some much needed advice. I'm about to PX my March 04 986 Boxster S with 28,000 miles for £24,500 for a 03 C4S with 20k miles. Seal Grey with full boxster red interior (not everyones cup of tea but i quite like it) aero kit, PCM 2, parking sensors, litronic lights with cleaning system, FPSH, 3 owners. completly immaculate. it will come with a warranty but i may upgrade to a OPW. The dealer will rectify any faults after the OPC inspection. Price £49,950 what do you reckon i think the trade price for mine is good other offers have come in at £21,000 to £23,000.

The starting price for the 4S seams high. £45 - 46K range would be more appropriate.

I am also looking at plunging into the Porsche world so have been doing allot of research. I think £49K is far too expensive for any C4s,Porsche Nottingham had 2 2002 Seal Grey C4s at £43K with one only having 20k miles on the clock, you can pick up a used 997 for under £50k (which i beleive is a better car) nowadays so i wouldnt consider paying £49 for any 996 bar a Turbo or GT/2/3/Rs etc,etc. Also consider the money you will lose as i beleive it will only be worth £39K within the next 6-12 months. From what i have found, you can pick up a private one with sub-40k miles for £38k and from a dealer £42-45K. For me, £49k is a way too expensive for a C4s

Guys I've got a mint 996 Seal grey C4S, 26000mls, full black leather, rear sensors, litronic lights, sunroof, and i can't remember what else, but it's Sept 03 on a 53 plate 2 owners since new and FPSH........and i've got it in PH for £43000 ono
