hi chaps,
A mate of mine received a notice that he had been zapped jumping a red light. Strange thing is the date of alleged offence was 5th Sept 06 and he only received the notice last week (24th Jan 07). That was four months ago!
Is this right?
Any advice greatly appreciated (by him, not me obviously)
