Hi, just wondered what courtesy cars people had been getting from OPCs (Colchester particularly), any one had one recently? Dropping the car in early next week; hoping for something a bit special.

Thanks

Used to get a diesel Saab from Guildford most of the time! rofl

They finally gave me a Cayenne. For me (and IMO only etc) I'd have happily had the Saab again.

I have my servicing done at Colchester. They now have a policy of supplying all Porsche courtesy cars to customers.

My last service I was provided with a 2.7 Boxster tip (grumpy)

I must have got lucky - 997 C4S Cab Manual - only 2500 miles on the clock (OPC Chester). Priced it up at £85k !!! It was like having an extra house (well maybe a small flat) on the driveway....

IMO it's a bad thing if Porsches are being routinely provided as courtesy cars.

It suggests oversupply

I got a range rover HSE 4.2 supercharged last time, had it for 10 days and put about 1500 miles on it (it was 2 weeks old when I got it)

it almost got stuck in the river mersey (I was testing the 4x4 capabilities) was limited to 135 (mpg obviously) it almost went on the rolling road at the TVR vs Pork thing we did, jumped over the hedge surrounding the car park next to vixpy's rolling road several times with no issues, took roundabouts in its stride on two wheels and almost had a race with a carrera GT.

ohh and nerv pulled in it, but she was a minger
