Low oil warning last night and used the last of my Mobil One, so googled to check for any online bargains. No idea if this is a bargain or not, but I love the generic included comment of "For Christmas delivery order this product by 20/12/2006.":

Just what I'd love to receive from a loved one on xmas morning - 4l of Mobil One goodness :-) Of course, I'd need another can to see me through the boxing day blast along deserted country roads....

<hope the URL doesn't offend the mods....I'm not trying to promote or sell this stuff, honest>

£23.50 for 4 litres from costco......

Shame they don't do the £14.50 a litre stuff my M5 has an alcoholic thirst for.

Costco makes you realise what a rip off teh major motor factors are for stuff like Wonder Wheels and oil/wax/shampooo etc..

Added to which they do cases of Becks for 25p a bottle.

Bought a "low" trolley jack in Costco at the weekend - £80 - really good quality and a hell of a lot cheaper than other places for same product. Should help with wheel cleaning ect on cars with low ground clearance.

For those of us that blame the devil for all technology since the invention of the wheel, and suspect that the workings of electronic driver aids has more to do with evil spirits than physics; grant3 has suggested the following stocking filler.
