PCM1 disc backup

My PCM1 disc has a nasty scratch on it - so much so that my satnav has a bad habit of routing me through some back street then leaving me there citing "disc error".

Has anybody successfully copied this disc and used as a working copy?

I've asked Porsche about replacing the damaged media - I purchased and own the license to use it (as with most other software) but they insist I have to pay £300 for a new disc!!!!

Anyone who can help me out with a backup, please PM me - I can offer a festive drink or two.
