whale tail fitting
Discussion
They come complete with the bootlid. Try a breakers. I think they are quite cheap - a mate put a C2 electric jobbie on his 1984 3.2 without too much hassle.... his problem was different boot hinges, but I think a 3.2 whale tail will use the same without problems. The C2 spoiler was problematic because they locate air con stuff differently on the C2s, to make space for the electric motor for the spoiler, hence the different hinges. Be warned, if you have air con, swapping spoilers can be made more difficult through lack of space - although a whale tail will have more space beneath it.
So overall, good idea, should work, see a breaker - and make sure it's a complete bootlid and spoiler from a 3.2.
