997GT3 & RS Production levels and Colour Choice.

Lucky enough to be at the factory last Wed. to pick up my GT3. At a guess I'd say that, on the day I was there, at least 25% of the cars going down the line were GT3s and GT3RSs - I guess Porsche are trying to catch up. Even luckier to have gained access to factory and it's perimiter areas with photographer for some arty farty shots of my car. Huge numbers of GT3s and RSs waiting to be transported. Virtually all were either Orange or White. Only saw one in Viper Green. If you want to stand out you'll need Silver! Incidentally anyone here ordered a Black RS with Orange mirrors and spoiler end plates - if you have I saw the moment it came off the prod. line!

Were all those GT3's and RS's LHD or RHD or both? I wouldn't have thought they'd be all for the UK would they?

Black with orange details is easily the best looking RS you can get! Seriously good looking car, if only they included PCCB in the price it would be the best 997 on sale at the moment...
