I'd get that plate changed over quick .... and maybe a respray just to be on the safe side. The French police will hunt the new owner down, lock him up and subject him to a diet of 'man-salami' for months on end hehe

I don`t think someone driving a silver Porsche 911 on an age related plate will have any problems driving through France or indeed any other country providing they behave themselves.

The poor sod who bought "1 CPU" to adorn their trusty steed may have issues though.

I cant see any issues either way, silver porsche, wooo there are loads of them, 1 CPU on another car? aslong as its not a silver 911 youll be fine, cos you only just bought the damn plate officer?

the plate will prolly have a hard time at the ring though hehe

ha ha!

Have to say, went to the premier of the gumball movie a few years ago at leicester square and your 'its not a race, its a rally' is one of the funniest lines. Seems to have become a bit of a motto too

I know, should have taken a copyright on "It's not a race, it's a rally"

Lonman, did you actually fit an extra fuel tank in the GT2 to sustain those speeds across the US...? If so where did you put it and how much more fuel did it hold?

Lonman,

Put me down for a signed copy of your memoires! Should be a good read!
I am sure Sabine would like a copy too.

Well the good news is that the GT2 will be going to Lemans next year. Not too sure about behaving myself. Ill just have to make sure the K Y is packed and I do not drop the soap when I get my room with a view in the Bastille.
