Help boxster door stuck

Hope you guys can help, my wife just got home and the passenger door on her boxster wont open from the outside when unlocked??

Window lowers slightly but door wont open

Anyone had this/ideas/etc.

sure you're not trying to open the wrong side?

don't wish to be patronising, 'cos I don't know how long you have had the car but could it be failing to overide the automatic lock

Not patronising at all, got the car 1 week ago..all was well and now no opening of the passenger door, any idea how i do it

Thanks all..some were helpful..turned out to be a simple mechanical failt..Northway Porsche indies sorted it out free of charge..will definitely be putting business their way in future
