Anybody had dealings with this company, and willing to comment?
Thanks in advance,

IINM, it has two parts: the racing team run by the son and the customer business run by the father. Thanks in advance,
Piloti
I think you will find that in Germany the latter has something of a reputation...ahem.
I have dealt with them several times, and they are ok ish ,it also depends on what you are buying from them.
They do have a fantastic range of old and rare parts, and they also know the market value of these parts.
Just be aware, as you should be with any dealer!
They can also be on the top end of prices for cars they sell, racers or street.

I have had personal dealings with Freisinger Motorsport and have visited them at their workshops in Karlsruhe in Germany.
I bought a 993GT2 EVO race gearbox from them.I dealt with Manfred Freisinger himself and collected the gearbox in my M5 and dropped in on the 'Ring for a couple of laps on the way back.
What a weekend that was!!

Manfred is the son.His father was not involved in the deal I made in acquiring the race gearbox.Manfred is a no nonsense bloke, with little charm or time for drooling petrolheads visiting his Aladin's Cave of Porsche rarities. You do the deal and away you go! Bit of a shame after a 500 mile journey to get there. However the gearbox was mint and professionally crated.
