There were some initial delays, but the new GT3 should now be in production.
Someone with an insight to the factory should be able to tell. Anyone collecting a Porsche this month should also be able to find out.
UK production and deliveries commence next month, although I would imagine that that first cars will be destined for the press.
Initial road tests might be on German registered lhd examples, with UK rhd tests following later this year. It does mean that many GT3 tests will take place in winter, when perhaps conditions, such as the Top Gear circuit, could be "rather moist".

First at my OPC and told last week that car scheduled for build third week in October

That's one of the reasons I've chosen a Nov spec/Feb build/April delivery. Plus my Birthday is in April and its my birthday present to me! An added (small) bonus is that it'll be an 07 plated car.
