Back in the driving seat at last!
Discussion
Well, after 3 weeks anyway.
Got back from holiday this week and tonight was the first opportunity to take the GT3 out for a blast down some country roads. I love that car!
I know it's sad to miss driving your car when you're on an exotic holiday in some far flung land, but it happens, and it's great when you've actually got something to look forward to going home for.
I just hope the cyclist I went past twice (great road deserves a there and back on it) appreciated the howl as I played around in the upper end of the rev range as much as me!
And now Croft this weekend to enable it to further sink its claws into me

Oh well - I was happy at least
Should have realised happy threads wouldn't illicit much response...
Soo.... Gentlemen, please select from one of these topics:
Aircooled vs water cooled
OPC margins
The TRUE cost of depreciation
Are two turbos better than none (GT3 vs TT but all welcome)
RMS - the Porsche equivalent of VD?

Never thought any self respecting Porsche owner would reserve comment on the basis that their car isn't as `good/bad/fast/slow/expensive/cheap` as the OP's though.
To me, a Porsche is a Porsche. I look at well maintained classic (and i'm not using the term lightly) 924s and other under valued Porsches with the same delight as i do my own car, and that of the very latest metal from Stuttgart.
I think i'm going to change my profile name and become more esoteric. Has anyone used TonyLondon before?

Hi B15TT0 -
That's great, I'm happy that you got to take you machine out for a spin. To be honest I never look forward to heading home after a holiday...
I've jsut got back myself and finding it hard to get back into the swing of things - perhaps I need to find someone to take me out for a spin in their GT3..!!!
