Doesn't it belong to that bloke who drives like a divvy on the Gumball?

Don't know about driving like a divvy, met him once at a track day and he seemed fairly quick. And a nice chap, perhaps slightly wild.

Rob Kenworth aka 'Lonman' owned the GT2 with that plates, however, the car was put through auction last year without the plate.

What car is it on?

he is a moderator on the M5 messageboard and regularly posts in the Gumball section. I dont think he has done the last 2 Gumballs but is apparently doing it again next year.

He went on two track days that I organised. At the first he crashed his Cerbera into the only obstacle at Bedford and at the second he reversed his GT2 into a telegraph pole spin

To be fair Ted, they can be hard to spot those great big telegraph poles. wobble

edited: ttturbo, you need to buy the Gumball 3000 video/DVD of the "rally" across the States to see how the car was used. You should be able to buy it from the bargain bin for about £1.99, I certainly wouldn't pay any more for it. hehe

The American one was great I thought. Has a really cool soundtrack as well. The second film of the European one was utter cack though

Why do you say "raw deal"?? because the previous owner USED the car properly???

The car was 'abused' rather than 'used'......... lots of videos of donuts etc from Gumball......

Dave

With all due respect their is a big difference between using a car properly and I assume u mean racing it and abusing a motor.

Well the car stood up to the abuse pretty well! Apparently he never had it serviced.
