According to the service book, the GT3 will need its first garage visit soon for brake fluid [for some reason the last owner serviced it early, so the fluid is out of phase with the normal bi-annual service routine]. Anyway - anyone know what I am going to get hit with (i.e. am I going to get robbed) if I take it to my OPC?

Also, while I am probably going to simply live with it for now - I had a "you're wider than you though" moment and brushed a kerb in a car park the other day. Nothing serious - mostly just the emotional trauma but would having a scuff on the edge re-furbed out be a quick and cheap job or slow and steep one?

Wheel refurb should cost about £50-60 and take a couple of days, depending on where you take it. Have no idea on cost of OPC brakefluid change but at £20 a litre and 1 hour labour minimum it's gonna be around £170. If they charge you for 2 hours then it will be closer to £300. It's an easy DIY if you have got any mechanical ability and an hour to spare.
