...after an almost year-long search I finally collected a beautiful Carrera 3.2 yesterday evening...


Thanks to everybody on here who helped over the past few months, from technical questions to legal stuff, it made everything go very smoothly in the end....

don't worry - i haven't stopped sending out cheques since yesterday night. it's amazing how many good uses you find for them between fuel, resident parking, brake fluid, insurance, etc...

Pics will follow after the weekend - will spend 2 days driving around SE England to find the right backdrop...

As for specs, it's a GP White (was my preference, not by accident) sport-equipment registered August 1988, and as far as I can tell completely unmodified. Even the radio - it only plays 80's music!

...and it comes with audio cassette holders in the middle console!! if you see someone in a white carrera in London singing along Duran-Duran's "Wild Boys" - say "hello", it's me

and if the weather stays where it is, i will have to take off those aviator sunglasses (at night, that is...)
