Put a deposit on one at Northway's yesterday - red C2 currently on the website. Get in! Northway guys were really friendly and helpful, tolerating my request for a quick drive even though the England game was underway (ended up watching most of the first half with them before handing over the cash). Should be picking it up in about 3 weeks all being well.

Here's to years of trouble free motoring...

Yep, that's the one. It's in pretty good nick and has a decent wadge of receipts. Pretty pleased with it.

Coincidentally, there was a chap in front of me at reception forking over a not insubstantial amount for a top-end rebuild on a 1990 C2. Sure that won't happen to me though...

I have been hunting for quite some time too. I drove this car a while ago, it is a nice car, but I declined as I hadn't looked at many at that stage. Good luck with it.

nah - going to hang on to it for the summer at least - just had new set of bushes & a 4 wheel alignment done at GT-One alongside a load of other work and it drives like a dream now.

The ar$e appears to have fallen out of the market and I think I'd be lucky to get 10-11k for it, so figure I may as well spend a bit more money & enjoy it for a while longer - incidentally, you still selling your mirrors?

Don't do it, man - keep it. I appreciate that 6 days of ownership doesn't qualify me to speak as an expert but mine is [expletive deleted] brilliant. I have never heard such a cool noise.
