If you can't find Pirelli N3 System Assimetricos (now discontinued and not part of the Rosso range), I'd recommend Bridgestone S02As... just based on my limited experience with the Rossos, Systems, and Bridgestones.
Yer i think ill go so2's on the front and keep the rears until thjey die
Point taken about mixing tyres

I'm having the same quandary.
I am on 4x ContiSport Contact N1s. Fronts are fine, rears getting thin.
I can't get any more of these N1s ANYWHERE so I am faced with either buying a pair of rear N2s for £310 and mixing tyresor biting the bullet and buying a set of four PZero Rosso N3s for £550 (Bracknell Tyres..)
Any advice greatly receievd but am thinking it would be safer to buy four and not mix N1s and N2s.

i wouldnt have any problem mixing fronts and rears. Assuming both are the same on each axle as wisely pointed out above.
Of course it depends on how hard you drive it i spose and whether you get all excited by tracking. Personally the car goes on track and the tyres matter much less than my rubbish driving

I got a set of Pirelli P-zero's N3 sitting in the garage, fronts are as new and rears are at 60/70% (5,5m) they were fitted in 2005 and have been out of the car for 2months and correctly stored correctly since then, if you're interested just drop me a message with an offer. Carriage would be around £65.

I posted a thread on this very subject a few months ago Suvi and I got all manner of 'expert' no-don't-do-it type replies. I eventually got talking to someone high up in the Contisport end of things and his opinion was 'no sweat on different N ratings as long as there's no axle mixing going on', I've been running different N ratings front to back since then , Absolutely rock solid (for my granny driving anyway..) Opinion? .. Stick the N2's on the rear and if you notice a difference stick another pair on the front. You won't notice though!!
