Hi

thought it might be a good idea for educational purposes only (of course) to see what the OPC warranty has fixed for us on PH.

ill start, my aircon broke a few weeks after having the warranty paid for on the car, OPC paid to find the fualt recharge etc including once with UV dye to fix it (although they did try and charge me first but thats not the point)

what have you had put through on the OPC warranty?

Please Mr. Pony , could you do ditto for me?..

Just had my instrument binnacle replaced under warranty... Took about 12 hours labour to find the fault , no question of payment was ever raised.

On it's way my friend.

It's an old document I've scanned in, wouldn't say it's 'the law', but it's useful.

Definitely get it done before you drive to Le Mans - it makes such a difference to the performance!

Are you talking about the Manufacturer's Warranty or the Extended Warranty?

Sometimes items are attended to under the manufacturer's warranty during service without even notifying the customer.

Good thread! I need my wheel nuts done but wouldn't even think of raising it as a warranty claim on a 7 yr old car but I'll give it a shot now. My A/C also needs a look at as it sounds like there's a tractor under my dashboard...

6 year old car.

Extended warranty

1. Header tank (goodwill)
2. Washer jet
3. Engine Management Unit
4. Alarm Control Unit
5. RMS

Including labour (time diagnosing problems) about £5,000 work.

I love my OPC warranty
