Wheel Refurbishment - Urgent?

I have read previous posts regarding refurbishing alloy wheels and the use of companies like wonder wheels etc. Can I ask if anyone has had any Fuchs done via similar companies and the outcome or who (live in South Yorkshire) would be my bet /option? Basically the wheel has been curbed and really needs to be sorted ASAP. I would be great full for any advice – where and approximate costs etc.

4 choices 3 I would reccomend.
Option 1, turn down the outside rim to remove most of the Kerb, but I doubt there is enough metal to remove all of it it would however improve it. This is ok.
Option 2, remove burrs, fill and spray, obviously not using polyester filler as it will crack out, however your rim will be anodised and although we can get a paint that is very close to anodising it would not be perfect. This is the route I would advise unless its a concourse car.
Option 3, is to aluminium weld the rim ro fill the holes if you like, this has the potential to make invisible the damage, so cosmetically is the perfect solution, however I wouldnt want to drive on it to be honest, Aluminium is a very funny substance to work with, and if over heated then it degrades under the surface and the first time you know is when it collapses, I speak from experience having done this to a very rare set of wheels which had developed a crack, I only advise this if you are only using the wheel for shows, although the repair would be minor and should be ok.
