We bought our Cayenne from them some years back. They were great to deal wiith.
There was a minor fault with the car which developed a couple of months later, really simple process to address the fault, we took the car to a local dealer and they settled the bill directly.

Had a poor experience years ago, they wouldn’t let us test drive a Discovery we were interested in “Because it has been valeted”. Seemed offended we would even consider needing to test drive one of their cars before buying. Never been back.
However, they have a good reputation locally. Must be doing ok as their showroom has just had a massive refurb.
