Porsche garage near Geneva? Need new tyres 992 turbo s
Discussion
Currently in the alps near Mont Blanc for a long road trip and noticed that my tyres are really feathered and low on tread depth. Wondering if I can find last minute replacement tyres for the 992 turbo s anywhere nearby.
Planning to call Porsche center Geneva and ask when they open, but are there any indie shops in the area that specialise in Porsches or performance cars? What other options do I have to get myself a new pair of tyres fitted?

The Porsche centers of Geneva or Lausanne are probably your best bet to have the correct tyres in stock.
Personally I’ve used the plain old euromaster in gland (about 20 miles from Geneva towards Lausanne) to change tyres on a 997.2 GT3 several times with no issues. However it would be surprising if they had these sorts of tyres in stock…
Good luck!

Can't help with contacts but about to do an Alps tour myself. May I ask what mileage you have done so far and what tread you have before you left?
I am around 8000kms. And around 2mm ish of tread depth. The miles have not all been public. I’ve done some driver training at an airfield (mini track, skids etc) and drag strips. The turbo s really goes through the tyres of pushed hard. Gassing Station | Porsche General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
