Has anyone had any dealing with Porsche Exeter recently. In September I tried to book my Macan in for it 4 year service which was due in October. They couldn,t give me a slot until January. Not too concerned as its only done 11000 miles. Today I contacted them to get the MOT done whilst it was there and they told me they dont do MOT,s at the moment. I have had MOT,s done before on both my car and the wifes!!

MOTs used to be done at the next door Range Rover dealer which was part of the same group but odd that having left that group they don’t have a replacement provider.

Long wait for service appointment is a pain as I know from recent experience but Kevin Turner tells me they are adding more service capacity on an adjacent site.

Yeah, their service side is often on a 6-8week wait.
On the plus side, back in the summer I had to have the Macan dropped there cold for some work and they turned it around for me in 3 or 4 days as I recall.
In other ways I find them painful to deal with though.
