Does anyone know if it’s possible to change the standard wing mirrors to the ones that sense cars to your side?

The sensors for this system are behind the rear bumpers not in the mirror

No retrofit available; as with most things Porsche - if it hasn't officially got it from new you can't fit it afterwards.

The radar cameras mounted behind the rear bumper are complex units that are combined with various other safety features. Theoretically you could collect all the hardware from another car but the main stumbling blocks would then be the wiring loom and then coding it to the car - a few other control units that the system communicates with/operate from would need to be swapped if they weren't specced with it.
