Is there a webpage that will list options and codes from a VIN? I have it for tother makes but not Porsche.

No there isn't.
It seems that way, I'm surprised. You can decode VIN from the other big manufacturers (Merc/ LR) quite easily and without charge.

Yes, nothing free. The only half online thing is the Suncoast option which you have to pay for and wait for their next business day.
