997GtS rear ended when parked, witness
Discussion
Dear All
Just took my GTS for a drive in the sun. Parked in Hampstead for 10 mins, came back to the car and a member of the public came up and said that he witnessed a van reverse at speed into my car.
Driver had a looked at my bumper, gave it a rub and drove off. Witness suggested he leave a note and he ignored it. Witness took photos as proof, so I have the numberplate and pic of the driver.
So the bumper now has a kink in it and the paint is slightly crazed.
Should I report it to the police in Hampstead? Should I go though my insurance or use a claims management company? Haven't had a claim for more than 10 years.
Cheers
Jack

Thanks for the replies.
Reported it to the police and my insurance company. They will chase the owner of the van. They said they won't process the claim until they have an admission of guilt from the other side. If there is no admission then they will let me know and we can decide what to do.
Meanwhile it seems that Admiral have a Porsche Approved body shop in Highgate called M&B Coachworks...
Hopefully it'll be straightforward

I think you mean M&A? The list of approved repairers can be found here:
