If true could the 991.2 gt3 be the last NA 911.

If the news is true and the next generation of 911 (2019 model year)will all be turbo including the gt3 then 991.2 gt3 will be the last na gt3!
This also reinforces my thoughts that the next gt4 will be flat 4 turbo !

Very likely to be true I would have thought, given the way the car industry has gone/is going. Full NA is a thing of the past, turbos are the interim, and turbo-hybrids the next new thing.

Of course there could be other 'run out' models, who knows. But the internet will no doubt be full of 'rumour dressed up as fact' until the NA is officially no more.

I believe that it is true. Lots of hybrids stuff coming and the few shots of mules seems to show a wider car to accommodate batteries. However, I recall when I bought a 997.2 RS it was going to be the LAST Mezger. Guess what?..the 4.0 showed up. In my opinion (no inside info) I would bet that there will be some kind of superb runout model for the 991..some kind of 3RS that will be the latest of the desirable cars……….
