50th Anniversary model - investment potential??

I definitely wouldn't buy one as an 'investment' - might depreciate a bit less than, say, a GTS but they're really nothing special.
But, we're living through a period where lots of things are being over-hyped - some with potential justification, others just clinging to their coattails. Also think the SC is nice but not that extraordinary. I

Sports Classic is a great looking car but has some things that are totally unique to it like the roof and duck tail.
The 50th is a great looking 991 but cars here do not have the Power kit that the 991.1 GTS has and indeed the 50th has in other markets (US for one)...that makes it a very cynical parts bin car in my book in that it wasn't even the equipped with the best engine they could have.
