PCM and Video Files

Does anyone have much experience with the latest PCM?

Will it play video files from SD cards/iPhone?

I had a new Audi back in 2011. The Audi MMI allowed you to play video files on the Nav screen (when the car was stationary) from either an SD card or directly from my iPhone (the latter via a specific overpriced cable from Audi).

I can't find any info to suggest the new PCM does allow video files but was just curious.

I don't have experience yet as my car doesn't arrive until early next year. I have however found this site which appears to tell you that video files can be imported

Perfect. Thank you.

I spent ages looking for something like that. MP4, avi & mov all supported. Looking good.

My new toy ready for collection next week so I'll have a proper play and report back.
