There must be a reason she was at the back of the field, that car is too quick to be where it started.

I bet she qualified further up the grid but she was sent to the back for rule breaking or a technicality breach or something and this clip is her picking off the slower cars.

Massively impressive either way, she can drive thats for sure!

Yep. It's one thing being fast, qualifying well, another completely to be quick in a race. Even then, there are fewer drivers yet - you even see degrees of this in F1 - who can master the art of "zigging when the car in front zags".

My ex wife was the quickest woman driver I ever met
Run rings round most guys driving she drove a chipped blackberry Golf VR6 for years
Although she didn't know it at the time, it was much quicker than a standard car
She was quicker round town than most drivers, and safe
She never did tall speeds, but paxed me once to Spain in a super quick run down to the Barcelona GP in ten hours door to door in a 993.
Tall speeds almost the whole way, never less than 3 figures, mostly up near 120 with 140 on the clock for long periods she never once complained, even spotting Le plod before i did.

Being a girl doesn't preclude speed, just good tutoring, and a go for it mentality and a passion to be quick, and of course to be seen to beat the boys.
