I have decided to sell my 02 boxster this easter. I'm going abroad and I don't want it to sit in my garage crying after me to belt it around.
BUT it does need its wheels done.. Have contacted SWWheels and have arranged things with them BUT colour!

Its a silver S, the wheels are stock colour. Should I just get them done the same colour or a slightly diff shade to make the fact they've been done, show?

SSWheels have asked for a colour code of whatever colour I pick. I quite fancy a light gunmetal

Seriously? You are selling the car - why narrow your target audience by changing the colour from standard?

ps do you have hollowspokes or solidspokes?

Be aware that some wheel refurbishing 'experts' won't understand hollowspokes.

+1

If you want to show that the wheels have been refurbished just include the receipt for the work in the history file.

UPDATE.

have just picked up my wheels from South West Wheels in exexexexexexter and I am very very pleased with the end result. Many thanx to Richard who opened up specially on Saturday sop I could drop them off and the Boss Bob. Great job and highly recommended.

The same as b4 as was recommended by several as I will be selling the car this or next year. Oh silver/light grey.
