GT3 Heater control issue

Just picked this 09 car up a few days ago, this morning I find there is little control of the heating system.
It is stuck at 21°C, cannot select auto, or any other modes (i.e. direct airflow to feet etc)
Only control I have is to switch on and off and I can increase the fan speed to about 1/2 power, any ideas what going on?

I don't mean to state the obvious but have you checked all the fuses?

Does this problem occur all the time or occasionally? It's a strange one for sure

Yes I have trailed through the fuse box, given that it partially works I don't think that is the issue

Try pulling the fuse and see if this will reset the controller.
