First one belongs to a Pher who had a mint red 996 GT3 and this 997 GT3 which I also expect is mint. He's sold them to make room for a 991 GT3

I took a good long look at the first car and can confirm it is indeed in mint condition, if you are after a comfort model in black I would say you would be hard pressed to find a better one.

With these sort of cars I think you're better off buying from an OPC or a specialist who knows these cars. No harm going and having a look at it and if you like it getting it checked out properly by an expert.
