Help! How do I remove and split the wing mirror - 997

Hello! Newbie posting here looking for some expert advice. I'm planning to vinyl wrap my carrera - my chosen company are excellent quality but have said that they can't split the wing mirror (along the horizontal join, so that it can be wrapped more easily) and they don't believe the door handles can be removed.

Can you help me with some advice to confirm if these things can be done?
