Looking for 911T

Gentlemen I am currently looking for a 911t ,I have not got a clue of the what to look for pros and cons of this marque,anyway looking on autotrader there is a w reg 75000 mls in black with what seems to be carbon gear tunnel and cover on dash ,looks stunning even thou I have never been a fan of the porsche ,I had a little hoon a couple of months back which was badged up gt3 ? If this was a gt3 then really not impressed with its performance ,Anyway back to 911t ,are they good for much more mileage? Without major issues what would be the main thing to look for ? I currently have a modified x100 4.0 ltr Xkr with now a shed load of mileage on so want to put here out to graze so to speak ie only in nice weather.
