Cheap (ish) 911 C2S 2010

If anyone is on the hunt for a 911, read on.
During my hunt for one I saw this on e-bay, item number 330923787753 (do a search on item number)
Now its a white 911 with black alloys, the ad only says that its got PDK and some warranty. I e-mailed the guy and asked, did it have the following options and he said yes, PASM, Bose, xenon Lights, sat nav, sports chrono pack, park assist. The warranty is until OCT, it did not have adaptive seats and PSE.
The guy mailed me this morning saying he would let it go for £38k which I think is cheap. The only downside to the car it's done 60k miles, but for a 2010 car I would have overlooked that. Only problem is I bought one yesterday otherwise I would have been going to have a look and snatching his hand off.
