ABS warning light

My ABS warning light has come on, but my ABS system is working fine as I have tried it out? I had new front pads put on 3 weeks ago, not sure if they have created any issue i.e. wires coming loose? just trying to get a heads up before I take it back to the garage? porsche boxster 1997 2.5, basically has anybody else come across this issue?
