Bit of an odd one. Suppose you are waiting at a junction, clutch pedal down, box in first. For one reason or another (mainly to give the left leg a rest) you decide to pop it in neutral instead, and release the clutch.

Do you get an audible and palpable "clonk" from the back of the car as you release the clutch? I do, should I get it looked at?

Had my c2s a week and noticed this today in stop/start motorway traffic.. Would be good to know how big a problem (or not) this is too

I drive a few 997's (2's and 4's) as part of my job and have noticed this a few times, even more noticeable in the GT3 but they're meant to make weird mechanical noises biggrin

Just noticing this also on my 07 c4s cab.. Have had got 2 weeks and bought from opc..
Can anybody shed any light?

Not noticed on my C2S and clutch is 50,000 miles old now.

It's normal. Both my 987 & 997 do/did it.
