Morning Pork fans, I know some very rarely go on the PH homepage or even stray from this forum, so thought some of you might have missed this:

http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyI...

I quite like these, but is it me or is the one with all the side profiles a bit out of scale?

I saw a 2.4S next to a 991 last Sunday and the difference in size is massive. On these T-shirts all the models look the same length... nerd

Well, I did the design for PH and believe it or not, all the models are to scale, length wise. The 991 is only 19cm longer than the 911E which really isn't that much visually on a 4m car.

Had we done them in a front view the difference might have been more noticeable as you would see the width and height changes, though they're still not massive differences. From 911E to 991 the Width went up 10cm but the height is actually 7mm less on the 991!

The biggest change is in the wheelbase - 87 inches to 96.5 inches.

If Nurb1 has one, that makes 'em cool. Where's my credit card?...

Looks like you've done your homework! I'm suprised the length has changed so little, I drove past a parked new boxter today in my old 996, at first glance I thought it was a 911/panamera cross!

Yes, it's strange they chose a cab isn't it?
