I have ordered a new 981 cayman with delivery expected late June, I have traded in my current cayman to the OPC last week (to save any more devaluation).

How should a proceed to get the best from my remaining insurance on the old car, can I freeze it until my new car is delivered and ready to be insured or will i have no option but to cancel it and maybe get a small refund.I think the policy only has three months left to run.
The insurance is with Porsche Insurance.

Ring them up. I'm sure they'll suspend it until the new car arrives.

P Insurance have a cancellation fee, which depending on the amount you pay can be substantial however if you take out the new cars insurance with them they put this fee towards the new policy.

Sound advice. They'll know what they are and they are not prepared to do for you.
