996 GT3 clutch pedal

About a month ago I had my cutch fluid changed on my 2003 GT3, all went well but the pedal seemed slightly higher than before but still worked fine. A week later the car had been stood, I started the car pressed the clutch but instantly the pedal went down to the floor, a few minutes later I managed to pull the pedal back up and it seemed to work fine. Tried it again the other day and the same thing happened. I am confused as it worked fine before the fluid change and once the pedals been pulled up it seems ok. We have tried bleeding it more but there is no more air in the system.

Oddly same thing happened on my c2 couple of weeks ago. Clutch was knacked

I had a new clutch 2000 miles ago. The odd thing is that once the pedals been pulled back up and pumped a few times it works as it should.
