The question is why a full engine rebuild and its only done 19500 miles.?????

Any views or knowledge of this car?

Why is everyone down on HWM. I nearly bought from them last month. Looks like a lucky escape but not sure why

Id guess the timing belt snapped, probably at above the rev limiter RPM.
Ask to see the over rev data, I say ask as you can, whether you get it or not is another matter wink

That wont be a problem I would take my own PST2 and read out the data. engine rebuilds does ring a few alarm bells though.

Mods point towards a heavily tracked car. Mezgers are bomb proof, so probably a badly missed gear change.

In any case, a very serious amount of care required!
