Dinner with Norbert Singer and then flick the lights on in the Porsche Museum for some private time with a stunning collection of German lovelies?

Sounds perfect - http://www.crankandpiston.com/lifestyle/porsche-mu...

I just love starting at the cafe downstairs with a cappuccino looking at the restoration work being done in the engineering bay, doing the museum and finally ending up in the steak house and cigar lounge. Dreamland for petrol heads (piston heads) indeed.

The cars are magnificent but I find the museum itself too clinical. The cars are immaculate but there is no sense of the noise and passion that drove these cars in their prime. There is also no recognition of the drivers, designers and so on. I missed the cigar lounge ...will have to returnsmile
